Inclusive Justice ADA Title II Training Series: Building Blocks to Effectively Respond to Court Disability Related Challenges & Difficult Situations (Webinar 5 of 6)

Courts face a wide variety of disability related issues and circumstances. Understanding when and how the court must effectively comply with the ADA can be complicated. Learn ways to develop and apply specific ADA analytical skills and reasoning to successfully respond to court when challenging disability-related situations arise in the courtroom and court programs. The session will discuss ways to approach various highly difficult disability-related scenarios that provides tools for participants to tackle challenging situations in their own courts.

This event is hosted by the South ADA Center and it will be held on via Zoom.
